The place is so peaceful that you will often find yourself longing for the good old days, when you and your sister would hang out on the tower mast, basking in the last rays of the setting sun and dreaming of the adventures waiting for you outside of this small island. Not only that, but Outset Island is where Link’s grandmother lives, and she makes the best meals you’ll ever eat. Try as you might, you won’t be able to get away from that.
Neha’s Home – Disco Elysium

Even in the best of times, Disco Elysium isn’t what you’d call cosy. Everything around you is so dirty and old that it makes you want to run away. This is exactly where you’ll find Neha, but there’s something about her house that makes you feel warm and happy.
Neha lives in the Doomed Commercial Area in Martinaise, where she makes unique dice. The rest of the block she lives on is very run-down and even creepy, but her little corner is the exact opposite. This place is so cosy because of the difference, that you wouldn’t want to leave. Not to mention the beautiful music that plays in the background as you enter her simple home.
The Roost – Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Even if you have a well-kept island with many water-filled retreats and hidden nooks, The Roost, which was sadly added to Animal Crossing: New Horizons very late in its lifecycle, is one of the most aesthetically pleasing and cosy places you can ever visit.
The Roost is a coffee shop inside your island’s already incredibly cosy museum. Once you open the Roost, Brewster will be hard at work behind the bar, and you and your Villagers can hang out there whenever you want. It’s a great place to sit back and relax, especially when you need a break from growing golden roses and other valuable ways to get Bells.
Skyloft – The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword

Skyloft is where the game Skyward Sword starts and where Link and Zelda live. This is a cosy little town with everything you could want. It’s up in the air, away from the dangerous, broken-down land below. There are ponds, a town centre, friendly neighbours, warm air, and a cool breeze.
During Skyward Sword, it will be hard to pull yourself away from Skyloft and move on with your goal. Everyone from Skyloft has a loyal and cute Loftwing, so how could you not want to spend your time lounging with your trusted bird friend?
Aerith’s House – Final Fantasy 7 Remake

In Final Fantasy 7, Aerith’s home is hidden in the Sector Five Slums. It is one of the most beautiful places in all of Midgar. Even if you don’t know how or why Aerith’s mother has this house and everyone else lives in the streets in shacks that look like hell, this place is a real paradise.
Even though that ugly plate blocks the sky, it turns out that flowers can grow in Midgar. It was peaceful in the original Tunnel Rush, but it’s a whole new world in FF7 Remake.
